- Deliver one-on-one and group English lessons for adult learners across CEFR levels A1–C2
- Design personalized learning programs tailored to employees' language proficiency, professional responsibilities, and individual goals
- Deliver specialized training in Business English, Executive English, Negotiation English, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills
- Develop and adapt learning materials to real-world business scenarios, including meetings, negotiations, presentations, and international communication
- Work with employees at all levels, including senior executives and leadership teams
- Assess language proficiency, monitor learner progress, and provide regular, actionable feedback
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies, digital learning platforms, and AI-powered tools to improve learning outcomes
- Keep learners engaged and motivated, helping them make measurable progress toward their language goals

Requirements

- 5–7+ years of experience teaching English to adult learners
- Proven experience delivering corporate language training, including working with senior executives, business owners, and professionals in international companies
- Strong expertise in Business English,



Executive English, Negotiation English, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills
- Experience teaching learners across CEFR levels A1–C2
- Solid knowledge of adult learning methodologies and experience designing personalized learning programs
- Ability to assess language proficiency, track progress, and adjust learning plans based on individual needs and performance
- Experience delivering both one-on‑one lessons and corporate group training
- Confidence using digital learning platforms and AI-powered tools in teaching
