Talison Lithium is recruiting a Training & Assessment skilled to lead and continuously improve the site’s competency-based training system at Greenbushes Lithium Operation, with a focus on safety, effectiveness and learner engagement.

You will develop training packages, map competency frameworks and deliver both classroom and hands-on training to a diverse workforce, ensuring VOCs for mobile plant and High-Risk Work activities are completed to standard.
