CALHN’s Urgent Care Hubs are seeking a Clinical Nurse to join a dedicated team providing same-day urgent care across Woodville, Sefton Park and other Integrated Care sites. You will assess complex needs, coordinate multidisciplinary care and support secure discharge, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and improve care quality.

The role is temporary part-time (32 hours per week) across seven-day services including public holidays.
