The Woodford Youth Detention Centre (YDC) is seeking an experienced Team Leader - Client Services to play a key leadership role at the new Woodford Youth Detention Centre. In this role, you will lead and support a team of client services professionals, including allied health practitioners, caseworkers, and cultural liaison staff, to deliver high-quality rehabilitative, therapeutic and case management services to young people in detention.

Mandatory qualification requirements apply. As this position sits within the Professional Officer stream, applicants must possess a tertiary qualification at an AQF level 7 (bachelor degree) or above relevant to the role such as social work, behavioural science or social science, psychology, criminology, or other recognised degree.
