Crystalbrook Flynn in Cairns seeks a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee care, presentation and performance of our facilities. You will lead the onsite team, coordinate workloads and contractor support, and drive preventative maintenance to ensure reliable guest spaces.
You will monitor expenditure, contribute to budgets and energy-saving improvements while balancing safety and guest comfort. The role is permanent, full time with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional call-outs.
