NRMA Parks & Resorts, Hat Head Holiday Park, is seeking an experienced Park Manager to start 1 December 2026 on a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2027. Manager accommodation is provided, with a team of around 12 staff to lead.

You will balance guest experience, safety, and commercial performance while guiding day-to-day operations and collaborating with local stakeholders. This coastal location offers a hands-on leadership chance.
