Stegbar is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Yatala-based sales team and showroom network across shower screens and wardrobes. You will drive revenue growth, coach your team, and identify recent market opportunities to deliver sustainable margins.

You will report to the General Manager and shape sales strategies, coach frontline staff and expand key accounts. Strong leadership, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential, with experience in manufacturing or construction highly regarded.
