Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Pharmacist for Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals. You will provide clinical pharmacy, dispensing and medicines advice, taking medication histories and counselling patients to support protected, effective treatment.

You will collaborate with doctors, nurses and pharmacy staff to improve patient outcomes and continuity of care, contributing to teaching and quality improvement across SA Pharmacy services.
