Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate – Transport Operations
LSG Transport are one of Sydney's leading Transport Solutions company with a well renowned reputation for Excellence, Compliance and Reliability. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate to join our operations team.
This is not a generic graduate role. This is a hands‑on position designed to fast‑track the right candidate into Transport Allocation and Fleet Management.
If you are ambitious, analytical, and want real operational responsibility — this role offers direct exposure to live fleet operations and commercial decision‑making. The Role
You will work closely with senior operations management and gain experience in:
- Daily fleet scheduling and truck allocation
- Route optimization and load planning
- Monitoring fleet utilisation and productivity
- Driver coordination and performance tracking
- Cost analysis (fuel, subcontractors, overtime)
- Compliance and fatigue management exposure
- Client communication and service performance
This role is designed as a structured pathway into a full Transport Allocator / Fleet Controller position.
About You
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Able to perform in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Strong Excel and data skills preferred
- Must be Fluent in English
- Reliable transport and preferably based near Parramatta
- Transport experience preferred — training can provided for the right candidate
