UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a supported living facilitator for casual shifts at Warana and Palmview on the Sunshine Coast. You will work with individuals, families and networks to support daily living, autonomy and wellbeing, with emphasis on choice and dignity.

The role includes personal care support, developing individual plans, and promoting safety and rights. Competitive hourly rate of $45.28 plus super and not-for-profit salary packaging.
