Landscape Restaurant and Grill in Hobart is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, with a focus on the grill section and open flame cooking.

You will own the grill, manage heat and coal on our wood-fired Asado, and help deliver the high-quality dishes we are known for.

The role requires at least four years in premium dining, a passion for quality produce, and flexibility to work across a seven-day operation.
