Cumberland City Council is seeking a motivated Human Resources skilled to join our team. Reporting to the Coordinator Human Resources, you will provide high-quality HR administration and support services across the employee lifecycle.

You will contribute to end-to-end recruitment, maintain HRIS, coordinate probation processes, and support various HR initiatives and projects. The role is based at our Merrylands/Auburn offices with travel as required.
