Day One ELC in Mission Beach is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in managing a high-performing 25-place campus. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality education program, guiding staff, and ensuring safety and wellbeing for children.
The successful candidate will have an ACECQA approved Diploma or higher, prior Assistant Director experience, and solid knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, and NQF. Proficiency with Xplor, MS Office and HR systems is desirable.
