Join our team as a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent (Dual Role) . This role is primarily based at our Marsden Park clinic and will provide assistance to our Castle Hill clinic as needed. We are open tofull-time or part-time arrangements,with shifts available from Monday to Friday between 8.00am-5.00pm.

Role Overview

As aMedical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we’re looking for

- Previous radiology experience would be an advantage.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy in a rapid-paced environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.




- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
- Ability to perform shifts at all clinics as needed.
