7-Eleven Australia is seeking a passionate Store Leader for a brand-new Woodford store opening mid-December 2026. You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and coach your team, ensure safety and high store standards, and drive KPIs and financial performance.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday shifts (no weekends), paid training including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, relocation opportunities within the network, and a explicit career pathway from store to support office roles.
