Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Clinical Lead for Cliftonville Care Home in Northampton. You will support the Home Manager to create a safe, caring and homely environment, while leading a dedicated team.

Ideal candidates will hold an active NMC registration, NVQ Level 3 in care, and have at least two years of experience in a similar setting. Robust communication skills and computer literacy are essential. DBS disclosure is required and costs covered by Avery.
