Phoenix Hospitality Group Broadbeach seeks an experienced Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to lead the kitchen stewarding team across luxury hotel environments. You will coordinate daily duties, rostering and handovers while maintaining top hygiene, safety and operating standards.

We value robust leadership, organisational skills and a proactive approach to staff development in a fast-paced hospitality setting on the Gold Coast. Experience in premium venues and a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
