AFL Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Legal Secretary for an intellectual property/ patents practice in Melbourne. In this role you will support two patent attorneys, manage documents, portal entries, and coordinate with IP Australia while providing diary and travel support.

The position offers life-friendly culture and part WFH flexibility. Ideal candidates have IP experience (patents preferred), solid MS Office skills, and excellent communication in a collaborative team environment.
