GSK's Industry Based Learning (IBL) program offers a 12-month, full time internship for penultimate or final year undergraduates in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related fields, starting January 2027. You'll work on live projects and gain hands-on experience across commercial, finance and business units.

You will collaborate with Senior Finance Partners to analyze performance, support monthly activities, and contribute to omnichannel marketing initiatives while developing strategic projects
