Queensland Country Bank is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Consultant to join our team in Townsville or Brisbane. This full-time position offers a 38-hour week based at our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office, delivering friendly, timely assistance over phone and online.

You will help Members by resolving enquiries at first contact, while also identifying referral opportunities for recent products and services to meet Members' needs.
