Omni Recruit is recruiting a Kitchen Supervisor for Penrith's newest venue set in a heritage church on Henry Street. You will lead the kitchen, run the line, and shape a proud kitchen team.

Responsibilities include managing prep, stock rotation, ordering and wastage, enforcing food safety and WHS, training current cooks, and collaborating with the Head Chef and front of house. A clear path to Assistant Kitchen Manager is available.
