SKØL Bar & Drift Kitchen is a popular, small neighbourhood bar in suburban Scarborough focused on quality over quantity, with a cafe attached serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are seeking someone with passion for food and experience running a busy service in a kitchen environment as our current amazing head chef continues his travels.
Key responsibilities
- Run a busy service in the kitchen
- Demonstrate costing and creativity in food preparation
- Work under pressure while maintaining organisational skills
- Communicate clearly with team members
- Contribute as a team player with respect for fellow staff
About you
- Qualified and experienced in kitchen operations
- Minimum 3 year kitchen experience (Required)
- Passion and love for the job
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Team player with respect for fellow staff
- Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
- Own vehicle or live close by to travel to work
