Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking passionate Support Workers to help adults living in CPA group homes lead independent lives with dignity. Shifts available across Newcastle region in casual and part time roles.

You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, medication, mobility support, and transport using CPA vans. Ideal candidates have a disability-support mindset, a NSW driver’s licence (P2+), and can commit to 15–20+ hours weekly across mornings, evenings, or nights.
