Narooma is seeking a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent to be the first point of contact for patients, primarily based at the Marsden Park clinic with support for the Castle Hill clinic as needed.

The role offers both full time or part-time arrangements with shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Responsibilities include check-in, inquiries handling, scan preparation guidance, and billing across private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
