Withstand Lawyers Pty in Parramatta is building a recent workers compensation and work injury damages practice. This role targets an Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel with a track record to lead a practice from day one.

You will run an end-to-end caseload, shape processes, mentor juniors and have real hybrid work options (three days from home). The base salary is $180k–$270k plus super, with an uncapped, formula-based written bonus.
