We seek a technically solid, commercially minded Marketing Operations Manager to own HubSpot, marketing automation and the systems connecting marketing activity to sales and revenue growth.

This role requires hands-on CRM design, data integrity, complex workflows, dashboards and cross‑functional training to ensure adoption across the org.
