Cirql is seeking a senior People & Culture Manager to lead the P&C; function for its NSW and Queensland operations. You will be the senior P&C; presence on the ground, embedding Group standards across sites and partnering with operational leaders to drive change and improve processes.

You will spend four days on site, supporting recently acquired businesses, strengthening recruitment governance, and uplifting data integrity while delivering value in a fast-paced, growth-focused workplace.
