Monash Health is seeking an inaugural Nurse Manager for the Mental Health Hospital in the Home (MH HITH) team. You will lead service design, recruit the workforce from ground up, and partner with senior leadership to implement a care model that mirrors inpatient standards in the home setting.

This dedicated role, aligned with our Enterprise Agreement, requires clinical leadership, roster development, financial oversight, and a culture of continuous improvement across seven days.
