The role

This role owns the Insights product domain across Juniper and Eucalyptus's other brands. Insights is the engine that delivers the right information and intervention to each patient at the right moment, and is central to Juniper's high-touch, proactive support model for weight management. You would report into and work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Principal Product Manager, and collaborate daily with clinical leadership, design, data science and engineering. The role is accountable for engagement, retention and patient-outcome metrics that flow from the Insights product.

What you would do

- Set the vision and strategy for Insights, working with the Chief Commercial Officer and Principal Product Manager to define the direction and the bets the team makes.
- Design and ship consumer-facing features — including weight tracking, body composition tracking, progress photos, nutrition tracking and sleep — that help patients feel their progress and build lasting habits.
- Own delivery end to end, taking products from idea to impact and shipping them across every market Juniper and future brands operate in.
- Own key engagement and retention metrics, connecting product decisions to real health outcomes and commercial impact using both quantitative and qualitative data.




- Partner closely with design and clinicians to set a high bar for quality, so every insight feels intuitive and trustworthy.
- Align clinicians, data, design and engineering, and work with senior stakeholders to unblock execution and deliver cohesive end-to-end outcomes.

What they are looking for

- Around 5 or more years of experience, likely in product management with ownership of consumer-facing, high-engagement domains; top-tier professional services; a high-growth startup; or founding your own company.
- A first-principles problem solver who can break down ambiguous problems, build a focused strategy and apply explicit judgement on tradeoffs from idea to impact.
- Commercial and analytical rigour: you design for measurable outcomes, interpret quantitative and qualitative signals, and distinguish real progress from activity.
- Strong product sense and empathy for what makes a person feel something, with an instinct for what makes products feel delightful, trustworthy and easy to use.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of leading through undefined, high-impact problems.
- Ability to build credibility and followership among teams and stakeholders through consistent judgement, storytelling and relationship building.

Working arrangements

The role is based at Eucalyptus's headquarters in New South Wales, Australia (Sydney).
