Must Have Skills:
1.ProvideEnd-to-End Test Setting consultation throughout the Testing phases.
2.Test EnvironmentManagement Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders.
3.Test environmentlandscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring.
4.EnterpriseRelease coordination and tracking.
5.Triage andresolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
6.Extensiveexperience on one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools(ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
7.ITILcertification is preferred.
