Following the departure of a full time GP last year, the practice is currently booked out two weeks in advance, offering an excellent opportunity for a new doctor to step into a busy and rewarding role.
About the Practice
- Team Composition: Work alongside 3 experienced GPs and a supportive Principal.
- Billing Structure: Bulk billing with a mixed billing approach, offering 15-minute appointment times for quality care.
- Earnings:
- 65% of billings for General Registration, increasing to 70% with Fellowship.
- Initial Guarantee:
For the first 12 weeks.

- Mentorship and Supervision: The Practice Principal, a Senior Lecturer with James Cook University, has a strong track record in training and mentoring. He currently supervises 2 GPs working towards Fellowship and is available to mentor incoming doctors participating in the FSP program.
Essential Criteria:
- MBBS or equivalent
- Must have a current and valid AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
- Must be committed to building a clientele and retaining patients
- Comfortable with all aspects of GP work
