We are looking for a Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy to join our team at Calvary! The Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy position is based at Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital in Hobart and will be a permanent full time position. Your main duties will include:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Endoscopy team.
- Lead service strategy, operational planning and budget management.
- Support, develop and performance-manage staff to promote a high-performing team workplace.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
About you
- Previous experience in an Endoscopy environment is desirable.
- Minimum five years’ relevant clinical experience.
- Previous clinical management or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or demonstrated progress towards postgraduate study.
