The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, organising daily food preparation, monitoring food quality and coordinating kitchen activities to ensure meals are consistently prepared and presented in accordance with The Coffee Club's established standards.

The role also involves monitoring ingredient requirements, controlling food wastage and providing practical guidance
