Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities across Joondalup and West Perth. The role offers full-time, part-time (4 days/week) or 9-day fortnight options with a salary of $80,104.00–$93,120.80 per year, plus superannuation, vehicle and tech perks.

You will work in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary team, delivering person-centred therapy, case management and outcome-focused supports in community and education settings.
