The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join the PM Operations team at our Berrinba, QLD branch.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm – with overtime available. This position will suit someone who prefers a hands‑on approach and is not afraid to work with the team to ensure the general day-to-day requirements on the floor are met.

Your core responsibilities will include:





- Supervising 2-3 depot staff

- Loading and unloading of interstate and local fleet

- Putting together Linehaul drivers’ paperwork and ability to manifest loads via our TMS

- Scanning of inbound and outbound freight

- Checking off inbound manifest

- Stocktakes via PDA floor scans

Skills and Experience

- Forklift licence

- Excellent communication skills

- Microsoft Office experience

- Previous experience using Transvirtual will be highly regarded
