Coles Group is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver Team Manager to lead the CFC last mile operations and drive a high‑performing, safety‑focused team. You will oversee the transport and customer delivery crew, coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners to hit ecommerce KPIs and ensure secure, reliable deliveries.

Flexible roster including weekends, strong people leadership and change management experience are essential to succeed in this role within Coles’ online fulfilment network.
