Blackwoods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high‑performing retail team in Canberra. You will drive sales, coach staff, maintain stock, and ensure a secure, engaging workplace. You may rotate into Store Manager duties and weekends are required on a rotating roster.
You will lead from the front, develop team capabilities, and foster exceptional customer experiences while upholding WHS and company standards in a busy retail environment.
