About the Role

This is an ongoing full-time position (38 hours with flexible 4-day or 5-day rosters ). We welcome applications from qualified educators, or those currently studying towards a Certificate III or Diploma. A traineeship may be available for the right applicant who is reliable about building their career in this sector.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking educators who:

- See early childhood education as a professional career , not just a job

- Understand (or are willing to learn about) approaches such as Reggio Emilia and RIE

Essential Requirements

- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

- Current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)

- HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care setting

- Own transport for Maniltoa (Coolalinga), due to very limited public transport access

Salary & Conditions

Remuneration is based on the Children’s Services Award 2010 , depending on qualifications and experience, with salaries typically ranging from $60K – $70K .
