Melbourne City Mission (MCM) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Stopover Youth Refuge operations. This ongoing part time role leads the team, ensures high-quality services for young people and coordinates crisis response within the refuge.

You will develop care plans, supervise staff, and work under limited direction to implement strategies aligned with MCM's values. Flexible arrangements are available as part of a diverse, inclusive workplace in Victoria.
