Ability Action Australia is offering a Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists graduating in 2026, delivering life-changing support to NDIS participants. You will join a national therapy team, receive mentorship, supervision and career development, and work across community and clinic settings.

As a Graduate OT, you will complete assessments, write reports, support therapy goals, and advocate for participants and carers.
