Aurelia Metals is seeking an Underground Training Advisor to develop and deliver training for our Peak Mine operations, supporting the Outstanding Cobar Project. Reporting to the Learning & Development Superintendent, you will deliver inductions, assess competency, and help miners build successful careers.
The role emphasizes safety, capability development, and records management using the LMS. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and relevant underground experience are required.
