Marathon Health Bathurst is seeking an ICD Clinic Coordinator to join our Primary Health Team on Wiradjuri Country in Bathurst, NSW. This part-time role supports the Indigenous Chronic Disease Clinic, coordinating care and improving access for First Nations people.
You will work with clinicians and community partners to deliver culturally secure health education, facilitate referrals and telehealth, and strengthen connections with local services.
