Hertz Brisbane is seeking a Gold Customer Service Representative to deliver five-star service to our Gold Plus Rewards customers. You will be based at our Brisbane Store and may travel to other QLD stores within reasonable distance.
Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, processing rentals and returns, selling Hertz options, resolving issues, handling reservations, and collaborating within a high-performing team.
