The Protected Step is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to own the development and continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental systems across our operations in South Australia. The role is hands-on and collaborates with frontline teams to translate regulations into practical safety outcomes.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, training, and safety committees while tracking KPIs and coordinating with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.
