Beaumont People partners with a small organisation to deliver a substantial policy, governance and compliance uplift. The role is fully remote and part time, offering 3–4 days per week and an initial 4–6 month contract with extension potential.

You will own policy reviews, develop governance frameworks, and drive compliance initiatives, working closely with leadership and external advisers. This hands-on role rewards independent work and meaningful organisational impact.
