We are seeking an experienced Residential Cleaners to join Melbourne's fastest-growing premium cleaning service ( our customer ) . This is a high-standard, high-reward role for a genuine cleaning skilled who communicates brilliantly, takes real ownership, and treats every home like their reputation is on the line.
LOCATION & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Location: Melbourne (within 40km of CBD)
- Contractor (ABN required)
- Work Schedule: Full-time or Part time .
- Residential Cleaning Services
- Min 2 years of experience
- Perform premium residential cleaning (regular, deep, vacate)
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
- Carry out light organisation and presentation tasks
- Follow structured cleaning checklists and standards of practice
- Track job times (average handling time)
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout each job
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience (essential)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Own reliable car
- Smartphone for photos and job tracking
- Own high-suction vacuum (backpack preferred) and core cleaning tools/supplies, or willingness to source
- Located within 40km of Melbourne CBD, with willingness to travel
- Able to commit to a consistent, wide weekly schedule (weekend availability a plus)
