Australian Treasury offers a paid internship for currently enrolled university students to gain real-world policy experience while completing their studies. Placements vary to balance work and university commitments, with a casual hourly rate of $40 per hour.

You will work on challenging policy research, prepare documents and briefs, assist in managing programs, analyze data and engage with stakeholders. Casual roles may transition to non-ongoing employment on completion of studies.
