Nex Building Group in Brisbane, Queensland, is seeking a remote Contracts Administrator for Residential Construction Projects. This full time Pre-Construction Administrator role manages the entire pre-construction process from contract through to site start, ensuring documentation and approvals are complete and on time.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, maintain accurate records in CRM, and drive orderly, compliant files ready for construction.
