Neumann Steel is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to lead branch staff in Thornton, NSW, and ensure secure, effective customer service across stock and logistics. The role focuses on overseeing stock, asset security, and relationships with customers and suppliers.
You will drive production planning, cost control, and performance coaching while aligning labour resources with operational requirements. A current driver's licence is preferred and relevant HR experience will be valued.
