Legal Services Commission SA in Adelaide is seeking a Duty Lawyer to contribute to access to justice across Magistrates and Youth Courts. The role includes advisory work, court appearances for mentions, bail applications and straightforward guilty pleas, plus file work on lower complexity matters.
You will need a Category C Practising Certificate or be eligible, be admitted in SA, and have solid client focus, cultural awareness, and the ability to work in a busy court setting.
